Jonny Smith has been vegetarian most of his life, he doesn’t make a fuss about it, it’s all very normal. I’ve been veggie on and off over the years, but since May this year it does feel like I’ve changed. As always, the information around the true impact of industrial meat production is highly contentious so I’ve included links to various opinions if you’re interested.
