A mega city that’s over 2,000 years old is not the best place to try and drive a highly polluting diesel car, van or bus. We know that, everyone knows that, but it still happens. There are 2.5 million private cars registered in greater London, and double that enter the city every day. It might be a little bit insane. So what are the alternatives?
