THIS House Has No Radiators! So How Is It Warm?

Imogen and the team went to visit an incredible self-build passive house in West Devon on the edge of Dartmoor that’s achieving extraordinary running costs – £196 for an entire year of electricity, heating, hot water and 7,000 miles of electric vehicle charging!

But instead of the typical heat pump setup, this home uses an in-wall carbon fleece infrared heating system plastered directly into the walls and ceilings! Combined with a Sunamp Thermino heat battery for hot water and a 6kW solar array, this approach proves that passive houses unlock opportunities for creative heating solutions!
