In September 2025 and again in October 2025, renewables hit 78.6% of all electricity used in a single day on Australia’s eastern seaboard!
In this episode, Robert drove 673km through the Australian outback to visit the New England Solar project in New South Wales, one of the largest solar installations in the Southern Hemisphere with nearly 1 million solar panels, 400MW of generation capacity, and a huge battery storage system!
