Jack takes a first look at one of the most highly anticipated electric cars of the year, the new Lotus Type 132 – or to give it its proper name, the Eletre.
The Eletre signals the dawn of a new era at Lotus who, under the watchful eye of Chinese backers Geely, intend to place a heavy focus on electric ‘lifestyle’ vehicles in the coming years, as well as the nimble, two-seater sports cars the brand has built its reputation on. But is this two-and-a-bit tonne SUV sufficiently ‘Lotus’? Check out the video to find out.
