This Tiny Electric Van Means BIG Business!

In this episode Robert takes a look around the ELM, a tiny electric vehicle that’s redefining the future of last-mile delivery. This compact one-person van, classified as an L7e, is the only vehicle in its class that can carry a full-height pallet, even coming equipped with a pallet loader.

Despite its small size, the ELM outperforms much larger vans. It occupies only 56% of the road space of a Citroen e-Berlingo but can carry 20% more volume and the same payload. This means that a significant portion of the UK’s 910,000 small vans could potentially be replaced by ELM-like vehicles, freeing up massive amounts of space in our cities.

With the average household receiving 200 packages per year, the benefits of using smaller, more efficient vehicles like the ELM would be felt by everyone!
