BC Hydro delivers electricity to over five million customers across the province, an impressive 98% of it from clean energy sources, primarily thanks to their 82 hydroelectric dams. Their power grid also connects all the way down to California through the western interconnection, allowing them to trade hydro power for solar energy across borders.
