With less than 3 weeks to go until Fully Charged LIVE opens its doors at the ICC Sydney for its ‘festival of electrification’, the YouTuber organisers anticipate 12,000-15,000 EV-ready attendees on 11th & 12th March.

Leading global technology company ABB have confirmed they will be bringing the first ever Formula E car to be seen in Australia to be displayed at the event. Their 2021 ABB / FIA Formula E show car will be seen by thousands on their stand where they will also be launching their Terra 360 Charger.

ABB as a global leader in the development of fast charging technology, has been the title sponsorship partner of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship Series since 2018.

“With the interest and following this series has had globally over eight fantastic seasons we are delighted to be able to showcase this innovative vehicle for the first time in Australia. Visitors to the show will not only be able to see a Formula E car up close but also experience our entire range of ABB Electric Vehicle charging solutions, including the first Australian showing of one of the world’s fastest and most advanced charging station’s the ABB Terra360 capable of delivering 100km of range in less than three minutes”

What’s more, several solar car racing teams will join the electrifying line-up showcasing their innovative and ground-breaking electric racing vehicles.

Best known for their success in the World Solar Challenge, Sydney based Sunswift Racing Solar also hold records with the FIA and Guinness World Records. Sunswift has a rich history of building world-class solar powered cars and they will be bringing their latest and most unique car, the Sunswift 7 to Fully Charged LIVE.

Brisbane-based Team Arrow and Melbourne’s Aurora solar car racing teams will also be bringing their dynamic zero emissions vehicles which have utilised both Australia’s and the world’s best technologies.

Not only will attendees will be able to marvel at these electric and solar powered racing vehicles but also test drive an electric car for themselves including star attractions the Polestar 2, BYD Atto 3 and MG ZS at the event. Visitors will also see the first appearance on Australian soil of the acclaimed MG4.

In addition to the car-related attractions, ticket holders will also be able to access an array of features, including the incredibly popular Home Energy Advice Team (H.E.A.T.) powered by Origin Energy, M1CRO MACH1NES for boards, bikes and scooters, the Family Fun Zone and the Electric Café.

The perennial favourite at all the Fully Charged LIVE shows worldwide are the 30+ ‘live sessions’ across 2 stages – the Giga Theatre (powered by Polestar) and the Mega Theatre (powered by Enphase Energy). Sessions will be hosted by Fully Charged presenters Robert Llewellyn, Jack Scarlett and Elliot Richards, plus Australian YouTubers Simone Annan (CarTell TV), Sam Evans (Electric Viking) and Rosemary Barnes (Engineering with Rosie).
