Fully Charged Show team opens ‘Everything Electric STORE’ to simplify switch to new tech

With the UK’s Electric Car Grant (ECG) confirmed, more consumers than ever before are actively researching their switch to electric vehicles, and growth in views of car content on YouTube is already up 25% year-on-year. In 15 years of the Fully Charged Show, viewers have never been able to buy battery EVs from the channel, although more than half a million people have headed to its Everything Electric exhibitions around the world to run the rule over their next car.

YouTube viewers have also gravitated towards the Fully Charged and Everything Electric channels to research purchases of an array of related technologies and services from electric bikes to energy tariffs and EV chargers from solar panels to home batteries and heat pumps too. The respected presenting team of Robert Llewellyn, Imogen Bhogal, Jack Scarlett, and others around the world, have become known for their discerning opinions on all things electric. The newly launched EverythingElectric.STORE is the first-step in a longer-term offering.

“We’ve wanted to guide our audience to the best technologies for some time, and we’re delighted to start that journey by working with Leasing.com, the UK’s biggest leasing comparison site. With 25 years of experience and a commitment to provide the best deals, Leasing.com is the perfect partner for our business. While we’re focusing on new cars to begin with, we hope to expand our offering to used cars in short order. Additionally, we will branch out into our technologies that are featured by Everything Electric on YouTube and at our exhibitions. What’s more, we also have a small selection of merchandise available for fans that want to ‘wear their support on their sleeves’ and any profits produced by EverythingElectric.STORE will go into growing our business.”

Paul Harrison, Chief Partnerships Officer at Leasing.com, added:

“We’re really happy to have extended our relationship with Dan and the team at Everything Electric, who are a leading voice on EVs. Our partnership means that Everything Electric’s audience can now compare millions of new car leasing offers from the widest choice of providers anywhere in the market. Demand for new BEVs from private motorists has now exceeded 25% this year on Leasing.com and that trend will only grow, helped by the Government’s recent Electric Car Grant. Leasing is the most affordable way for motorists to access their first electric car.”
