Dedicated B2B EV Day will bring business leaders, fleet decision-makers and the latest electric vehicles together at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Friday 11 September
Businesses looking to cut costs, reduce emissions and future-proof their operations will be given direct access to the vehicles, expertise and practical advice they need when B2B EV Day returns to Everything Electric GREATER LONDON at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham on Friday 11 September 2026.
Taking place on the opening day of Everything Electric GREATER LONDON, B2B EV Day is a dedicated business-focused experience designed to help organisations understand the financial and operational opportunities presented by electric vehicles and cleantech – all in one morning.
Created for fleet managers, HR leaders, sustainability professionals, business owners and senior decision-makers, the event will combine expert-led sessions with the opportunity to compare and test drive the latest electric passenger and commercial vehicles.
Complimentary tickets are available for business attendees.
Making the business case for going electric
With businesses under continued pressure to control costs while meeting sustainability targets, B2B EV Day will focus firmly on the practical and commercial case for electrification.
From understanding total cost of ownership and fleet transition to exploring company car schemes, salary sacrifice and business leasing, attendees will be able to get straightforward advice on where electrification could deliver value for their organisation.
Research highlighted by Everything Electric indicates that operating costs can be up to 64% lower for electric company cars and 38% lower for light commercial vehicles, demonstrating the potential financial opportunity alongside the environmental benefits of transitioning fleets.
For businesses considering employee EV schemes, the benefits can extend beyond fleet costs. EV benefits can also provide a valuable recruitment and retention tool, with 27% of employees reported as more likely to stay with an employer offering EV benefits and 60% of jobseekers influenced by such schemes.
Explore and test drive business-ready EVs
B2B EV Day will give attendees the opportunity to explore the latest zero-emission vehicles suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Visitors will be able to investigate solutions including:
- Company cars
- Salary sacrifice schemes
- Business leasing
- Owned fleets
- Light commercial vehicles
- Last-mile delivery and service vans
Rather than simply viewing vehicles on a stand, attendees will also have the opportunity to get behind the wheel, with passenger EVs and commercial vehicles available to test drive on surrounding roads.
This hands-on experience gives businesses the chance to compare vehicles and assess their performance, practicality and suitability for employees and day-to-day operations.
Business insight without the jargon
A dedicated programme of expert-led sessions will provide clear, actionable advice for organisations at every stage of their electrification journey.
Topics will include:
- What’s ahead for the EV and cleantech industry – and what role businesses can play
- The commercial argument for integrating EVs and cleantech into business operations
- Electric company cars and fleets, including how businesses and employees can benefit from salary sacrifice
- The business case for commercial vehicles and why fleet electrification is becoming increasingly important
The programme is designed to cut through the complexity surrounding fleet electrification and give decision-makers information they can take back and apply within their own organisations.
Attendees will also be able to learn from Everything Electric’s own experience of implementing salary sacrifice for its employees, including how EV schemes can support recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction and sustainability goals while providing a potentially cost-neutral employee benefit.
Commercial vehicles take centre stage
Commercial vehicle electrification will be a major focus at Everything Electric GREATER LONDON, giving businesses the opportunity to explore how electric vans and other specialist vehicles can work in real-world operations.
The event will showcase electric commercial vehicles alongside passenger EVs, enabling fleet operators and business decision-makers to investigate the growing range of options available for everything from service and maintenance fleets to last-mile delivery.
Experts will be available throughout the day to discuss vehicle choice, charging, operational requirements and the practicalities of transitioning commercial fleets.

“For businesses, the transition to electric isn’t simply about sustainability – increasingly, it’s about economics, efficiency and staying competitive.
“B2B EV Day is designed to cut through the noise and give decision-makers the opportunity to see the vehicles, speak directly to experts and understand where electrification can deliver tangible benefits for their organisation.
“Bringing the event to Allianz Stadium gives us a fantastic opportunity to put all of that expertise in front of businesses from across London and the South East in one morning – and importantly, to let them actually get behind the wheel and experience the technology for themselves.”
EV Rally to finish at Everything Electric
Adding to the focus on real-world electric transport, the GREENFLEET Mythbusters EV Rally, sponsored by Lex Autolease, will finish its five-day journey at Everything Electric GREATER LONDON at Allianz Stadium.
More than 40 electric vehicles – including cars, vans, trucks and an electric bus – will take part in the Rally, demonstrating EV capability in real-world conditions while tackling some of the most persistent myths surrounding electric transport.
