Fully Charged OUTSIDE will take place at Farnborough International on the 18th, 19th & 20th June 2021. The 2021 show will be better and bigger with more visitor attractions and more exhibits than ever before in a safe outdoor environment.

Ticket Prices: Tickets from £27.50 for a standard adult day ticket, up to £43.50 for an adult 3-day ticket Concessions exist for OAPs, Students & Carers (please note you do not need a Paypal account to purchase tickets). Our ticketing purchase web page has not yet been updated, please be aware there will not be a show in October 2020 and you are purchasing tickets for June 2021.

  • What do you do with the profits generated from Fully Charged LIVE?

    Profits generated from your ticket purchase/s will directly fund more Fully Charged episodes, podcasts etc. So, thank you!

  • What is the COST OF TICKETS for Fully Charged LIVE?

    Standard tickets vary from £27.50 to £34.50 dependent on the day. All prices include VAT. Two-day and three-day tickets are also available. Concessions are available for SENIOR CITIZENS and STUDENTS with relevant proof of identity. Entry is free for CHILDREN of 15 years and under, as well as for CARERS of disabled visitors. For individuals that support Robert Llewellyn’s Fully Charged Show via the PATREONS crowdfunding site, the first two tickets are only £20 per person. E-tickets on smartphones are sufficient to access the show.

  • COVID-19 Guidelines

    In the interests of public health and safety, the Event Organiser reserves the right to update or impose health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and by any means available to it (such as on the website or at the event itself) and which will apply in connection with admittance to and behaviour at the Event as the Event Organiser considers appropriate, taking into account any circumstances which exist at the time or in response to any guidance from the Government, Public Health England, or any other governmental or judicial authority.

    Event Organisers may operate an appropriate health check system (such as a temperature check) and social distancing rules before entry is permitted.  Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted in the event that the ticket holder fails to pass the Organisers health check or fails to comply with stipulated conduct and behaviour at the event.

    Where organisers identify persons, who are not acting to comply with the relevant public health legislation, and guidance to control public health risks, action will be taken to remove any risks to other customers and staff at the venue.

  • What are the OPENING TIMES at Fully Charged LIVE?

    The show opens at 10am on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The show closes at 5pm.

  • What VISITOR ATTRACTIONS can I expect at Fully Charged LIVE?

    In short, you can expect an electrifying day out. Information on our visitor attractions, including the live sessions, exhibitors and sponsors will be published prior to the event.

  • How many LIVE SESSIONS are there and what will they cover?

    There will be >50 live sessions in two theatres over the three days. Please note that the content will NOT be the same on each day, so please bear that in mind when you are considering on which day to attend. Live sessions will be hosted by Robert Llewellyn and Fully Charged presenters and will cover a number of relevant topics. More information will be provided pre-event; there is no booking system for these events, so seating will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Will there be TEST DRIVES at Fully Charged LIVE?

    We are working with manufacturers to develop an even more comprehensive electric vehicle test drive programme and details of this will be publicised prior to the event.

  • Is there ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING at Fully Charged LIVE?

    We will be working with our partners to deliver EV charging on-site and also clearly communicate charging options close to the venue. More information on this will be published in the two months prior to the event.

  • What are the CAR PARKING ARRANGEMENTS at Fully Charged LIVE?

    There is a significant amount of vehicle parking at car parks on-site at Farnborough International, this parking will be subsidised by sponsors and as such will be FREE OF CHARGE. Visitors will be transported FREE OF CHARGE in electric vehicles to Hall 1 from these car parks. The areas will be marshalled on arrival and you will be directed to the relevant parking area. More information on car parking will be communicated to ticket-holders prior to the event.

  • What are the LOCAL TRANSPORT LINKS to Farnborough International?

    The nearest train station is Farnborough, which is easily accessible from London Waterloo, Woking and Basingstoke. A shuttle service is likely to made available from the local station and this will be communicated close to the event.

  • What OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS are there near Farnborough?

    A list of nearby hotels is available online here. BCD M&E are the appointed accommodation partner for the event and can assist with finding accommodation to suit your requirements and budget.

  • What FOOD & DRINK is available at Fully Charged LIVE?

    We are working with Farnborough’s contracted caterer to provide a selection of catering facilities, including vegetarian and vegan options. There will be some catering in the Exhibition Halls, and more outside.

  • What provisions are there at the Farnborough International for DISABLED VISITORS?

    Farnborough International is a new venue and is largely all on one level, Please note: Carers will be able to access the event FREE OF CHARGE.

  • Do you require VOLUNTEERS to support the show?

    We receive numerous requests from volunteers keen to support the show. We are very grateful, but there is a team of event professionals allocated against all of the organisational aspects of Fully Charged LIVE 2020.

  • Are DOGS (or other animals) welcome to attend?

    NO. As a commercial airport, Farnborough International has a strict policy that no dogs or other animals are allowed on-site.
