Date, Time and Prices

29th, 30th & 31st of October & 1st of November 2020

Ticket Prices: Tickets are £45 per car (plus booking fee)

Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre
Etps Rd
GU14 6FD

  • How much are tickets?

Tickets are £45 per car plus booking fee. This price is per car, not per person and there is no limit on how many people are in your car providing you do not exceed the legal limit of what is allowed and everybody has their own seat.

  • Drive-in cinemas frequently charge £25-£35 per car, why is the Electric Drive-In £45?

This event is distinct from existing drive-ins as we have arranged to feature a film that is on current release AND we have chosen a high-quality indoor venue; both of these things involve significantly increased costs. What’s more, guests will also get to watch a specially produced Fully Charged featurette in advance of the main feature, and will get to see the stunning new Polestar 2 electric car up close and personal. What’s more for some of those that book early, there will be the opportunity to take the Polestar 2 for a test drive experience. For future Electric Drive-in series we will consider outdoor drive-ins if it makes the events accessible to a wider audience. Profits from the Electric Drive-In go to making more Fully Charged episodes.

  • COVID-19 Guidelines

Safety has never been so important and a range of measures are in place to inspire confidence and reassurance, aligned with industry best practice.

These guidelines are based on the information and advice that is currently available. Guidelines may be subject to change between now and when the drive-in opens and will be constantly reviewed and updated.

    Please help us by:

    • Not attending if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
    • Not leaving your vehicle unless you need to use the toilet or food and drink facilities
    • Wearing a face mask if you do leave your vehicle
    • Respecting social distancing guidelines

Please refer to government guidelines regarding attending with people of your own household and mixing households.

Organisers will communicate any changes with ticket holders as and when necessary.

  • Social distancing

In these extraordinary times, we are constantly reviewing the fast-moving situation to support the national effort to tackle COVID-19.

    • The drive-in cinema will be fully compliant with and operating under strict social distancing requirements.
    • Guests are asked to remain in their car, except to visit the restroom or purchase food and drink.
    • Face masks must be worn if exiting your vehicle. You will need to ensure you bring your own face mask with you to the event.
    • Food and drink will be operating as a cashless service at this event series.
    • All staff and contractors, will be provided with training around minimising the spread of COVID-19, with PPE used where appropriate.
    • Toilets will be cleaned and sanitised regularly with ample handwashing facilities provided.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all customers abide by these guidelines, we also appreciate your assistance in making sure these are adhered to and trust that our guests will behave in a safe and sensible manner.

In the interests of public health and safety, the Event Organiser reserves the right to update or impose health restrictions, warnings or guidance at any time and by any means available to it (such as on the website or at the event itself) and which will apply in connection with admittance to and behaviour at the Event as the Event Organiser considers appropriate, taking into account any circumstances which exist at the time or in response to any guidance from the Government, Public Health England, or any other governmental or judicial authority.

Event Organisers may operate an appropriate health check system (such as a temperature check) and social distancing rules before entry is permitted. Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted in the event that the ticket holder fails to pass the Organisers health check or fails to comply with stipulated conduct and behaviour at the event.

Where organisers identify persons, who are not acting to comply with the relevant public health legislation, and guidance to control public health risks, action will be taken to remove any risks to other customers and staff at the venue.

We thank you for supporting our events and appreciate your understanding during this time.

  • Booking tickets

Tickets are available for purchase via the booking link above. Tickets must be pre purchased online prior to arrival. Numbers are limited so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.

  • Film ratings

Tenet is rated 12A – Suitable for 12 years and over, unless accompanied by an adult. Adults planning to take a child to view a 12A film should consider whether the film is suitable for that child.

We will not refuse entry to any cars with children but ask that you be aware that the evening will end late and may be loud for some smaller children.

  • What vehicles are allowed?

These screenings are limited to Electric Vehicles only. If you do not have an Electric Vehicle, and would still like to attend please email gina@FullyCharged.Show to go on the standby list

Large vehicles such as vans, buses, camper vans, motorhomes or anything that is not deemed to be a ‘car’ are not permitted. Cars must not have any attachments (such as a trailer).

  • How many people can I bring?

The price of your ticket is per car not per person and there is no limit on how many people are in your car providing you do not exceed the legal limit of what is allowed and everybody has their own seat.

We position vehicles so that everyone can have a good view of the screen and stage, however, ultimately this depends on the vehicle you arrive in. Who sits where is up to you!

  • I haven't received my ticket; will I need it to enter?

Yes. You will need to show your tickets at the entrance for access to the event. Tickets can be scanned from your mobile device to save printing.

  • Can I reserve a car space in advance?

Spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Our event team will assign you a space on arrival and this will be dependent on available spaces at that time and the size of your car.

  • What time can I arrive?

Gates will open at 2.00pm for 3.15pm screenings or 6.45pm for 8pm screenings. We recommend you arrive in plenty of time prior to the film start. This will give you plenty of time to get a good spot as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. This will also give you time to access our food and drink offerings and soak up the atmosphere before the film.

Guests arriving late may not be permitted entry to prevent disturbing other guests.

  • On arrival

On entry we will have a contactless vehicle check. Your vehicle registration has been taken but please have your tickets available on your device or printed should they be required.

You will be directed to a parking spot which will be allocated on arrival.

Cars will be spaced a safe distance apart to ensure social distancing measures are adhered to.

  • Are there people on site to help me?

There will be a dedicated events team on site to assist with all your needs and ensure you have an electrifying night!

Upon entry a WhatsApp number will be given to you and can be used should you need to contact staff during the film or if you have any questions.

Please do NOT honk your car horn or flash your lights for attention. If you need to speak to a member of our team once the film has ended, please wait until all other cars have left and our staff will approach you to see how they can help. Alternatively message us on the WhatsApp number provided.

  • Can we get out of our vehicles?

Guests must remain in their cars for the duration of the screening with the exception of using the toilet and food and drink facilities, to adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Face masks must be worn if exiting your vehicle.

  • How will I hear the film?

Audio details will be emailed out to you in advance of the day.

  • What if I need to leave before the film / show ends?

There will be enough space between each vehicle for you to be able to drive out in the case of an emergency. Please let a member of staff know that you need to leave and they will help assist you out.

Organisers need to be made aware of your departure for any emergency evacuation procedures / health and safety purposes.

  • What happens at the end of the film?

The event team on-site will be there to guide cars to the exit. Please follow traffic managements directions so that we can exit everybody safely and timely. If you have any trouble with your vehicle and are unable to move, please remain stationary until all cars have departed and one of our team will visit you at your car to help.
